Asolo Superiore Prosecco DOCG Brut 2016

The soil of our parcel in Asolo's appellation is composed mainly by clay with a small part of moraine. Due to the nature of terroir these wines generally looks more fullbodied than Valdobbiadene. For this reason we've choosed to produce our Asolo Superiore in the Brut version at 8 gr./l of residual sugars. Those characteristics permit a longer evolution and aging, it can be also be paired with stronger tastes.
