The must remains for a little time with the peels, for this reason it has a vivid pink color. The scent is vinous, pleasantly frutity and floral . The taste is sapid with a nice acidity. Perfect with apetizers or with white meat, fish and cheese. Alcohol 12% vol. Serving Temperature 7-9°C
