Valdobbiadene Superiore Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene 2016

The most important sparkling wine from Valdobbiadene area. Actually it represent also the most requested all over the world. Second fermentation follow the Martinotti (Charmat) method. Color is light straw yellow, the Extra Dry version exalts the yellow fruits flavours (golden apple, banana, pear) and the acacia flowers. Definitely sapid, it permit to find again the aromas felt on the nose giving the sensation of a flower collection. Wine for every moment of the day, perfect for the meal, from apetizer to desserts. Alcohol 11% vol. Serving temperature 7-9°C
